TOWER BLOCKS IN WARSAW
I will be in Warsaw on the 5th of April to participate in the History of One Painting event that takes place at the experimental theatre, Studium Teatralne. As part of the series, I will be showing some of the photos of brutalist architecture that I've taken over the last two years in London. The slideshow will be accompanied by a conversation with Maria Piechotka (architect behind some key Warsaw estates), Jaroslaw Trybus (architecture theorist) and Marlena Happach from Odbkoluj initiative in Warsaw, which aims to bring more humanity to the already existing tower blocks in the capital.
